As reported in the Kansas City Business Journal, the Kansas City Power & Light Building, owned by Gailoyd Enterprises Corporation, is under contract to be purchased by Sherman Associates, Inc.  Surrounding property owned by Gailoyd Enterprises and related-company, West Properties, Inc., is to be included in the sale. Thomson Walker, LLC is representing Gailoyd Enterprises Corp. and West Properties, Inc.
